Consultation
We want to learn about you and your business. Getting to know what you do and how you do it will attribute to the design planning for the final outcome.
What workspace are you working with? What are your specific needs from functionality to aesthetics? How do you intend people to use the space (employees and clients)? Anything from updating workspace furnishings to creating a whole new layout plan – no job is too big or small.
Timeline & Budget Design
The Apex furniture team will work to ensure that we provide the best furniture solution for your workplace needs, but also keep your wallet happy. Expected timelines are set forth so you can plan for any updates to your office. Lead times on furniture delivery and install timelines will also be provided. The end goal of the consulting step is to gather all the information our team needs to accomplish project within the timeline and associated budget.
Design
We know that workplace design affects productivity, employee engagement, and satisfaction – the research proves it. With that in mind, we're focused on designing an efficient and inspiring workplace, one that really nourishes your people.
We use design software to sketch out your vision into a concrete, custom plan for you. We represent several office furniture manufacturers, and can offer you an array of options to meet your style, budget, and business objectives.
Project Management
We've got the product lines picked and the design packed—time for specifics. We'll determine the final item quantities and specifications to fulfill your vision, and provide you with a full proposal outlining every inch of the design.
Then we'll establish a timeline, detailing the initial to completion stages of your project, and every step in between.
Installation & Finishing Touches
With every piece ready to be delivered and installed –we'll work with you schedule your office furniture installation. We've got an in-house staff lead by veteran installers who will minimize workplace distractions, and work efficiently and quickly.
