Temperature range is from negative 40 degrees Fahrenheit (negative 40 degrees Celsius) to 212 degrees Fahrenheit (100 degrees Celsius). A square, snap-on lid (sold separately) allows you to seal the containers to keep food fresh. With a lid, containers stack. Without a lid, they nest to save even more space. Container is made of FDA-compliant materials and assists in complying with HACCP guidelines.
